2×2 Agile RF Transceiver SoC (56 MHz)

70 MHz–6 GHz wideband RF transceiver

Model: AD9361-GMS046 / GS3303PPB

Overview

High-performance, highly integrated agile RF transceiver SoC (GS3303PPB) for 3G/4G base stations and general radio systems. Covers 70 MHz–6.0 GHz with tunable channel BW up to 56 MHz; effective ADI AD9361 alternative.

Highlights

  • RF 2×2 with integrated 12-bit DAC/ADC
  • 70 MHz–6.0 GHz wideband coverage
  • Channel BW <200 kHz–56 MHz
  • TDD / FDD support
  • TX EVM ≤ −40 dB

Key Features

  • Designed for point-to-point links, small-cell base stations and general-purpose radio systems.
  • Combines RF front-end and flexible mixed-signal baseband with an integrated synthesizer and configurable digital interface to the host processor.
  • Two independent direct-conversion receivers with excellent NF and linearity; each RX path includes independent AGC, DC-offset correction, quadrature correction and digital filtering.
  • Direct-conversion transmitter achieves TX EVM < −40 dB with onboard TX power monitor for accurate power measurement.
  • Fully integrated fractional-N PLL with FDD channel isolation plus on-chip VCOs and loop filters.
  • Package: 10 mm × 10 mm, 144-ball CSP_BGA.
