Four-channel L/S-band anti-jamming RF receiver IC that down-converts and amplifies four matched 1.15–2.5 GHz paths, covering BDS/GPS/GLONASS AJ bands and expandable beyond 4 channels.

Key Features
- Four matched RF paths for 1.15–2.5 GHz down-conversion and amplification to build anti-jamming array receivers.
- Supports BeiDou RDSS, BeiDou RNSS B1/B2/B3, GPS L1/L2 and GLONASS L1/L2 navigation AJ bands.
- High programmable flexibility with internal or external LO modes for multi-chip expansion beyond four synchronous channels.
- Integrates LNA, mixer, gain control, IF amp, phase-shift network, PLL, IF sampling clock, SPI, LDO and temperature sensing.
- RFCMOS process in 7×7 mm QFN56; ESD HBM 1000 V / CDM 250 V.
- Applications: antenna arrays, UAV anti-jamming navigation and data links, wideband RF wireless receivers.
